The Celebration
At the time of their wedding, Michael King was playing for the New York Yankees (now with the San Diego Padres), adding an unmistakable New York energy to the weekend’s celebrations.
In one of the most unexpected moments, the couple ran into Alex Rodriguez on the street. A full circle moment for Michael, who grew up watching him play, it became one of those spontaneous New York memories that perfectly reflected the spirit of the city.
Beyond that incredible coincidence, what made this luxury NYC wedding so memorable was the feeling that carried throughout the day. Warm, refined, and effortlessly sophisticated from beginning to end, every moment reflected thoughtful planning and genuine connection.
Sheila’s bridal look was classic and refined, with a fitted strapless gown and her hair swept up in a low up-do. The result was a look that felt polished and timeless; a bridal style that remains relevant and beautiful for years to come.

The reception design centered around a palette of soft whites and warm candlelight, creating a romantic and intimate atmosphere. The flickering white candles added a soft glow across each table.
